iQuest Kelowna offers a wide variety of classes for everyone from beginners to those who want to challenge their fitness level.

Whether you are interested in an intense cyle class or want to be educated in the importance of posture and stability training, we have a class for you! Regardless of your fitness level, our instructors will gear the class to your needs.

  • Intro-Fit

    Intro-Fit

    Tuesday, Thursday 1-2:00pm

    New to the fitness scene? Come, learn, and move! Talk to us about where you “fit” in! A class designed for those who are new to the fitness scene and have special considerations (ex: fibromyalgia, arthritis, knee replacement etc.) Age is not a barier. Come and find out how movement can be fun!

  • Zero to 60

    Zero to 60

    Thursday 9-10:00am

    As a group we are building towards 60 minutes of Cardio by 2010. This class focuses on cardiovascular activity and is suitable for all ages.

  • Spin/Strength

    Spin/Strength

    Monday: 4:30-5:30pm
    Tuesday: 6:05-7:05am and 9-10:00am

    Taking the avenues of spin, and incorporating avenues of strength. Interval training on and off the bike that helps you get the most out of the hour. Suitable for those who have had some experience with group fitness.

  • Spin/Core

    Spin/Core

    Tuesday 5:00pm

    Spin/core is an intensive 30 minutes of spin and 15 minutes of core.

  • Power Zone

    Friday 6:05am

    Come explore the weight room. After a brief warm-up will be utilizing the weight room to maximize our power.

  • Noon Fit

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:30-12:30pm

    An intense workout that involves all of the avenues of fitness: bikes, weights, resistance, to bring your fitness to new level. Be prepared to work hard!

    Come and make up for the weekend! Start your week touching on all avenues: Cardio, Strength, Abdominals and Flexibility. This class is suited for all levels. Everyone welcome.
