Lorne graduated from the UBC School of Rehabilitation Medicine in 1988, and completed his fellowship in manual and manipulative therapy in 1992. He has been in practicing in Kelowna for 17 years. Lorne is one of the founding partners of iQuest Kelowna and serves as the Director of Health Services. Over the years he has been very involved in sport development and other areas of community life in the Okanagan. He is currently serving as chair for Pacific Sport Okanagan, and is also on the board of the Okanagan Gymnastics Centre.

Marshall Melnychuk

Director of Operations

Marshall obtained an education degree from the University of Alberta (P. Ed) and has worked as a ‘performance’ consultant in one manner or another since 1990. He initially began his own business as a fitness & nutrition consultant in 1990 in Vancouver, and continued into health and lifestyle coaching/consulting when he moved to Kelowna in 1995.

In 2003 he expanded into business Performance Management and Process Management (BPM) working with Oil & Gas and Forestry companies based in Vancouver, Calgary and Houston. His role in process and performance management consulting has dealt largely with; systems and business process analysis, analysis and creation of business performance metrics, and implementing structured performance improvement programs.

Jennifer Courtney

Jennifer Courtney graduated with a certificate in Medical Office Administration in 2000. She discovered her passion of working with people who wanted be active while working at a local rest home. She is a wife and mother of 1. She enjoys camping, sports, photography, architecture and the outdoors.
